Crazy 2017 p lincoln penny error

    1493940443501637702699.jpg Found this in a unopened bankroll of 2017 p lincoln memorial pennies.
    Crazy error. Look like a curl coming from his forehead. Does not seem altered at all. Can someone help with what to do with it..i have photos.
