I started in Jan 2017. I have found some inconsistencies but I am having some trouble getting advice. I found a 1982-D copper penny. The date is large, but it looks like a large date over small date. Is that possible, or would it be a DD? I'm not looking to make money, this is a hobby.
Here are a couple of the same image I found in my jug..LOL...Please give me opinions about the second image and errors on both coins. Thanks
It's not polite to hijack someone's thread. You should start your own thread in the appropriate forum. Chris
What on earth does your post have to do with the original post??????????????????????????? But here is your coin - Greece
Sorry, I'm not too good at figuring out how and where to post on here. I have someone coming over this week-end to help me...Thanks for your patience.
Lol...yes it is... was hoping someone could help me identify the errors. The back of the the Pegasus and runovers on the rims...Thanks
Thank you. I have been trying to figure out how to properly use the forum and promise to do better..I'm not a computer pro unfortunately. I certainly apologize for doing this wrong. Promise not to post again until I know what I am doing..Thanks
Evidently, I hijacked your thread. I am so sorry. I'm learning and computer skills are not my best area. I won't do this again. Please accept my apology.
I'm not sure. The back hip and leg are definitely not right. I read about the Greek method of stamping their die and am not sure what happened with this one. There is a coin Dealer in Dallas maybe they can tell me. Thanks
I had already Goggled it and read about the Greek coin production. I was just trying to figure out what happened to the back of the Pegasus.
