Picked up this awesome 1989 silver panda at a dollar over spot at a pawn shop. Still sealed and in the capsule. The capsule is inside a vinyl pouch sealed. Now I know how bad vinyl is for coins but since the coin is in an acrylic holder is it safe from the vinyl? Love panda coins and I buy them whenever I can at a reasonable price. Hate how the new ones aren't exactly one ounce anymore....
