I would like to know how high has a bill similar to this one been valued at and serial number check up please

missing date could be an error, i'm not too familiar with foreign currency, but this note should be dated 1-1-90 and you can get them online in unc. condition for 5 bucks...

It is not missing the date. This note with the signature of Horace G. Barker was issued from 1983-86 without a date.

The signature and serial number style for the later dated issues are different than this one.

 

You could get $2 from a person who does not now values.
Notice the guy looks like the grandfather from the Munsters.
