Looks like a penny. I'd bet at least a cent on that deduction. Kinda hard to see any thing else. Maybe take some *much* closer pictures of the front and the back and describe what you see and are thinking. It's very hard to understand what you are asking without actually specifically asking about it ??
Assuming you're asking about the mark under the date, it appears to be a corrosion spot or plating bubble. There is also corrosion on the rim at 3 O"Clock. This is a common problem on copper plated zinc cents minted since 1982. It has no additional value.
