All checks out great to me! The fabric and color are perfect. It also looks MS to me, no wear on the eagle's breast or the tips of the shield, nothing on the line of the anvil or the female's left breast. That's really a winner. As far as value, Redbook puts it at 12,000 for an MS-60. But that could go either way. In any case, its a clear candidate for certification, hands down. This is the KEY date to the series and is very commonly faked. All major grading companies certify these, so pick your favorite. Remember, you can submit it under US or Foreign. I'd go with Foreign, as they likely have specialists working with them. Sorry I can't recommend a good auction house for US-Philippine coins. Mind telling me how you "came across" it? :-D
