$100 Series 2009 with wet ink smear

    Hi, I am new to this forum. I recently acquired this bill and remember reading several years ago about the new $100 having ink issues in the production. I wondered if this bill is from that. Would it be worth anything?

    the trouble with the original production run was that a large percentage of the run had the paper wrinkle during printing..
