WHERE'S THE NECK?

    I read somewhere that the 1984 cent had problems with the double ear and also
    the neck...I wonder if this may be one of the neck problems? Or PMD?

    I quit smoking 2 years ago ( maybe that's the problem :dead: ) No...Seriously.. You do
    not see how screwed up his neck is?!....Look at the close ups...between his chin and
    the top of his shirt is mangled....You don't see that??...If you guys really don't see it
    then I better get some thicker glasses :arghh:

    Not seeing anything on yours, sorry, but I have seen some over polishing at the adams apple/tie area on these from time to time.

    If you are refering to what looks like hair lines on the neck, this appears to be more of a uneven plating problem.

    Send it to one of the experts. They're classification-happy. As long as collectors are swallowing their silly classifications, I hardly blame them. ;)
