IT'S A LITTLE OFF CENTERED

At first I thought it was worn on the obverse right side, but looking at the
reverse which has no wear on the right, I guess it's off centered. What do you
    guys think?

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

Aren't we ALL just a little bit off of center when you think about it?

That is called a MAD or Misaligned Die error. Not quite off enough to command a premium IMO.

This happens when one side is struck slightly off center. Notice how on your obverse the rim is thicker on the left side than the right. The reverse looks normal. You can have both side be a MAD if they are off in different directions.

An Off Center strike strike is when BOTH sides are struck off center in the same direction.

At least that is my understanding of the difference between Off Center strikes and a MAD

An "Off-Center Strike" Has part of the design missing, which allows you to designate
a percentage of how much is missing. As in 25% Off-Center Strike.
When 100% of the design is still visable it is considered an "Misaligned Die Stike".
    As I understand this nomenclature.

This 2000D is enough off center that there is no discernable rim near the date. I have other off center coins but this one is the most off of my coins.

Got a 1982 one that is off center. Pretty interesting to look at through a loupe.

Interesting. Most of the office center I've seen are towards the date like the one I posted. But I saw one opposite myself recently.
