1939 NICKEL

    I read that the 1939 Nickel had doubling on Monticello but I do not see any on this one.

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

    Don't look at the building; you won't see it there. Look at the word "MONTICELLO" and the words "FIVE CENTS". The DDR is NOT particularly subtle.

    The coin shown is not one. The serifs on those letters show easy separation.
