I don't know about accurate but it sure helps me understand what to look for.
Are any of the rare ones found in mint sets?

The '98 & '99 S CAMs are obviously found in proof sets. I do not know for sure about mint sets (i.e. the business strike P's & D's) but I work under the assumption that the sets could most certainly contain one of the rare '92 CAM's and the '98-'00 P WAMS. I don't know why they couldn't.

This is a very informational graph. I used it today for a 92S.

    What about 2009-2019?

So far there has been nothing reported about differences on the rev between the proof and business strike hubs so using dies from the wrong hubs would not be noticeable for 2010 to 2019.
