First, welcome to the neighborhood @Murtera ! Is there anything on the flip side or any markings on the edge? I see the name "H. R. GROVE" with the copyright date of 1966 above Roosevelt's right shoulder, but I'm not sure what "PAM" stands for. It could be the initials of a private mint, but that is just a guess. There are a few mints, including the US Mint, that produced sets of presidential medals, but to my knowledge, the US Mint did not produce any in a silver or white metal. The US Mint produced them in bronze. Chris

Apparently, the surface coating on the medal is skin deep. May or may not be solid metal, maybe plated.

Thank you for all the information and warm welcome! Just recently got into coin collecting so hoping I'll learn a lot here and be able to share what I do. It is bronze, not Silver. I should have included the back image as well, so here it is if anyone is interested I guess my last question... is this something I can display or something that should go in a safe place? Can't find anything in regards to value.
It's a Medal, and worth somewhere around what you paid for it. Is it bronze or white metal? as Chris asked?
Yeah, posted that it was Bronze. I did not buy it, but inherited it and was just looking for information on it. Based on your post, I'm assuming these types of items (medals) don't have much collectors value?
They, Are actually collected, I just picked up a high relief,from Medalic art. This is an Ike. I would have to find the Piece. to tell you the exact details. 28 to 31 g of nickel/silver, It is about the size of a US dollar. I can Understand why you posted it, they are very attractive in the collection.
