Still considered a ladder?

    IMG_5374.JPG I'm fairly new to this but came across this quad doubles bill but wondering if it would also be considered a ladder with the zeros being in between. Thank you!

    No. Someone might give you five or ten bucks for it, because the human mind finds certain ordinal number sequences peculiar. Four pair with all four paired together is... notable... but not valuable, and the notes condition will cap it. But, interesting enough to talk about I guess...

    So I want to say that when I said your bill is a spender I was wrong.
