Is this Cleopatra?

    Hi,
    I saw this coin in one of my lots, and was wondering if this was one of those cleopatra/anthony coins. If not, can someone please ID it for me?

    Looks like a Roman provincial coin of Alexander Severus or Elagabalus.

    Here is a larger image lightened, but I still do not know. It does look like Alexander Severus or Elagabalus
