The head on the Buffalo, right? and the rims. I see it now.

...and on the front leg. If you look again, you'll also notice wear on the obverse. But certainly a great coin to own, no matter AU or UNC.

oh yeah, my best Buffalo. I suppose that I was a little eager, when I put it in the slab.... but after seeing your 66, I need to do some more seeking.

Maybe? I had to use my 30x loupe and I now have a headache :p Would that RPM really add much of a premium on the coin? NGC has a LOT of those in really high grades.

So yeah there is some premium... but the key is marketability.

Like any variety coin or a high grade key coin is finding a buyer willing to pay you for what it's worth .
Some coins may have a higher demand some even with the demand may take time to sell as most don't have deep pockets.
To me finding the variety is more important to my collecting needs then the value.
Some fill holes in albums....some fill holes in their varieties . The hunt is as fun as the find... will you make a million probably not but to each their own. :)

ooh... that is Brutal. I think Seattlite86 should just get a nice raw variey that is a coin to be named later. Kinda like trades in the MLB.

I've been looking for one of these for a few years now. I'd hoped to find one in the wild and I still might but happy to have picked this one up at a show today.
