1994 Jefferson Coin & Currency Sets

    Is there a reference for how many of these sets produced contained star notes? I know there were 167k, because of the nickels only put in the sets, but I have come across a few w/star notes and am curious as to the rarity factor of those in the sets.... Thanks!
