Maybe an Error ?

    And maybe not. I am new to the forum and the hobby, I have these three coins, all the same year but two have nearly identical creases on the obverse near the top rim. What can I learn from them? Were they minted the same day or from the same die? or flukes? Any added value or are they worth less. Thank-you for your thoughts.

    Those 2 are what is called a Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse.

    so no add or detract from value? Apparently common? i only ask because I have not seen it in my limited collection. They are the same year and mint.

    Agreed with paddy. Really no added value except as a learning tool.

    Sorry, missed the part of collector value by date/MM. But of course you are correct. I was just referring to the slight misalignment.
