1996 P dime extra hair (die chip?) error

    Hello everyone!!!, I recently found this dime while CRHunting, I think it would be considered a die chip but I not for sure and hoping for so easy opinions and input, also I hope everyone enjoys this odd Dime! I think it's waay cool! 20170407_224553_opt.jpg
