    That's a remarkably nice Augustus provincial, Svarog. It has a really great portrait.

    Here's a denarius, from the period when Augustus revived the moneyer's college.

    The patina on that OP bronze is about perfect. Very nice coin. I have a couple of coins of Augustus to share Augustus AE Dupondius RIC 232.jpg Augustus denarius RIC 292.jpg Augustus denarius Capricorn RSC 25.jpg .

    Wow @Svarog that Augustus provincial is great.
