Here are a few rare Carausius reverses that I bought very recently, all promoting his relations with the military. I don't often make such significant condition concessions, but in the case of coins #1, 2 and 4, I risked never seeing the types again! 1. CONCORDIA MILITVM. "C" Mint 2. LEG VIII AVG. London Mint. 3. FIDES MILIT. "C" Mint. 4. CONCORDIA MILITVM. "C" Mint. This one might benefit from some gentle cleaning, which is not my forte. Suggestions?
Carausius tried to gain favor with Diocletian and Maximianus by issuing coins in their names and matching ones in his own name with reverse legend ending AVGGG. These come from both London and the C mint. This is PROVID AVGGG C. The obverse is slightly more unusual adding the I (Invictus) after PF. My other one is ordinary Pax except for the fact it was struck over a Victorinus Salus.
I have a brutal one... May need a bath of @Pishpash 's Dooo-daaahhh juice... RI Carausius 287-293 AE22 London mint PAX
Congrats on the great OP-addition, Svarog! ... sadly, I don't have an example of this fella (I need more coins!)
