New puppy: Lets see those dog coins

I just bought my son a Japanese Shiba Inu. I went to purchase a beagle, which is 1/3 the price of the Shiba Inu (a brand I had never heard of before). But my son fell in love with this dog, and the dog fell in love with my son. It was almost magical, so I dug deep into my pockets and bought it.



And to keep it coin related, here is my new canine coin.

I love beagles, but Shiba Inu's are cute too. Great that your son has a new best friend. I miss mine growing up

We had a Shiba named Peko for 14 years. Delightful dogs, but quirky. Check on YouTube using the search phrase "Where's Satan"

 

Fine looking Son with his new Buddy! That is a lifetime of love!

 

If the cost of that dog is going to put a couple of coins on hold, totally worth it for the look on your son's face.

This is my Triskeles win from earlier seems like months ago. But it was finally delivered last week. Still haven't had time for photos but its an awsomely sweet tiny coin.

my girl passed away a few years ago. She was 13 about the life expectancy for a grey wolf huskie mix.

I have this little hound running across the bottom of a drachm of Dyrrhachion...

 

My son named him Chippy. I would have prefered something a little different, but I'm not going to argue over a name with a 6 year old.

 

Chippy is cute though. When he grows up you can call him Chipistair Doggibald the Third.

 

My dog died some years back, and my wife and I just can't make ourselves go through the heartache again. She was the very best. EVER!
