1943 D steel cent - Could this be an RPM-013?

    1943 D steel cent - Could this be an RPM-013? Im trying to get a better picture of this coin, but under a loop i can see that extrusion from the other D. And some tiny die cracks. Theres also something to the left top of the 1.
