Is the term capped??? I picked it up today in a pawn shop ... What's it worth and is the error an actual error?
@Evan8 is correct. The coin has been spooned. Someone used the bottom of a spoon to continually tap around the edge, causing it to widen. It is a method used to make coin rings. Chris
