    I am leaning towards a die crack, but I will let others that know more then I chime in.

    General Rule: If it's raised, it's likely a crack, If it's recessed, it's likely a scratch/gouge. This looks raised to me, so it's a die crack (as previously pointed out by others).

    Based on it's location, it may have continued to the rim on the right. It would be interesting to see if it matches with any known Cuds for that date.
