Good morning, I came across this 1964 quarter that is goldish in color on both 20170228_160941.jpg 20170228_161005.jpg 20170228_161005.jpg sides. Can someone please tell me what causes this? Thank you

There can be any number of things in the environment that can cause unusual toning.

there's nothing wrong with the quarter -
it's been in circulation for awhile, and
this is not unusual in any way, as far as
    the surface coloring........

I don't see any golden color on either side
    of it - sorry....

You do know that is a silver quarter.. Right? 1964 was the last year silver quarters were minted for normal circulation.

    I would suggest toning.
