    Looks like full bands, but also looks like lower mint state, at best.

    Not worth the cost of grading, in my opinion.

    Yes. I was trying to get a better picture but I just have my phone right now. I will try to get a better picture from my computer. Thanks for opinions. This coin is beautiful in hand and has a little natural toning. 1916. The obverse is beautiful too.
