Picked up a nice 44-O in PCGS 45. It goes nicely with the rest of the set.

Nice coin and a cool set. I can't wait to see which one you choose for the Dahlonega slot!

Gorgeous!! Very beautiful image of it. I don't know gold, but it looks like it had fantastic detail for an XF-45. :)

Thats a really cool idea for a set. I wouldn't mind trying that but you know, username.

Just create a new name, like richcoinguy, and you'll be good to go!

Oh if it was only that simple! Still waiting to find that 55 doubled die in change.

    very cool, nice set.

I'm just getting into US pre-1933 gold so many different types of sets you can try and put together really enjoying it.

Is the mintmark the same for the Denver and Dahlonega mints on the $5 coins? So you only know which is which based on the date?

Delightful lady, and if that's what she really looks like (and I have little reason to doubt she doesn't) that is one most marvelous addition. :)

What a nice honest coin. It brooks no argument against the belief that it somehow survived better than 170 years completely without accident or deliberate molestation.

Just a pleasure to look at.

Yes. Dahlonega closed in 1861 at the onset of the Civil War, Denver opened in 1906.
