Identification help please?

    I have had this coin since forever, never catalogued. Notes say that it is Gordian III and Tranquillina. This Tranquillina doesn't look like any on Wildwinds. I can't read the inscription to work out what city it is. Can anyone help please.

    Could it be Geta and Caracalla? It seems the I see "eta" under the obverse left figure.

    Also, I think it says "something Markinopolis (sp?)" on the reverse? Ha... I am terrible at reading the legends on these so just a guess!

    Charles, I have had the coin since 2014, it is very very hard. I don't think it will clean up any, I may have a go at it one day. If I do, I will post it :)
