I can tell you that I've never seen one so brightly lit.

 

Crystal, it would be very helpful if you post a coin picture and thread that 1. Gives the readers an idea of why you think it is unique so we don't have to guess what you are thinking and 2. the picture is centered with the front (OBVERSE) & back (REVERSE) shown on a neutral to darker background with not as much direct light as it tends to wash out the coin. Also the photo should not be taken at an angle (ordinarily) nor to far away.

Have I ever seen a dime like this one? Of course! They've been in continuous production since 1946. You have to be more specific!

FWIW, you will probably get more input if you can give us a better close-up by cropping out most of the extraneous background and resizing the image.
