PMD (I think that is the correct term)

Going through some finds, came across this 1943 P, Look at the bottom of the C, I can see that there are "tails" to the East and West side but still looks strange. Pretty poor grade but still 5 for 5 is not a bad deal. Thank you so very much.

You're correct, the C is PMD.
