While skimming through a stack of 1995's I found this 1995 D penny and I put it under the microscope. I was looking at all the 1995 D DO's on Copper coins and found one similar. CONECA: 3-O-V Crawford: CDDO-003 Tell me if you think it's similar please. Thanks. The last picture is the 1995D -1DO-003 Example from coppercoins.com The following pictures are the coin I found. I can say for sure that the 5 has legitimate doubling because it is not flat, (the bubble on the five protrudes out.)
The doubled die is most noticeable on IGWT. I also feel that this is die deterioration doubling. I have found some good doubling on the date but never in conjunction with the doubling on IGWT.
Paddyman98 = Here's what you asked for plus some. Had to use a different microscope. I look at the R in trust and see doubling but it could be machine doubling.
I don't see any doubling on this coin. The famous 1995 DDO was a Philadelphia Mint product. This is from the Denver Mint.
