    Hmm, it's definitely a feline of some sort but you're right, I see no goat coming out of its back. A quick browse of the Corinth Stater website (now part of Wildwinds) didn't reveal a full-body lion control mark but the site may not have all types and variations.

    Is yours from Corinth, Akarnania (Federal coinage or Leukas), or other? I can't tell if that is a qoppa, A, or Λ below Pegasus.

    I may have a reference book but it will be weeks or longer before I can check. In preparation for extensive home repairs, I'm having to pack everything up and the books are in boxes :(.

    It's corinth, 345-307bc. There's a Y thingy above the cat I have no clue what that was either.

    Found this on acsearch and there were 2 references "Calciati, Pegasi 465; Ravel 1089"

    How "today" is that dove and olive design? I've had Christmas cards with that exact design.
