1981S type II ?

    Thanks all for the reassurance. I was fairly confident that it was. Then to find a '70S proof small date in the same box:woot:. I did look for an unc. '70S small date and a '60 proof small date, but no such luck.

    Did they know the 70-S proof was a small date? Because $2 is a steal. Online price guide has it listed as a $40 coin.
    Please educate me on the type 1 and type 2 81-S. Thanks.

    Familiar with the SBA. I thought he was talking about a variety of Lincolns that I was unfamiliar with.
    That photo of the 1981S is not an SBA.
