I am going with 65. Tough grading morgans like this - sometimes it makes the hits look worse and sometimes it does not show all the hits. Not matter what it looks like a really nice coin.
Without scrolling down to read anyone elses comments, I'd say it's a possible MS66. Pickin, how did you manage to get 2 coins that probably came from the same coin bag? Are they sequentially numbered on the slab? Fine as frog hair!

A dealer up in Golden happened to have a bunch of new Morgans come in. all in the green label slabs. All of them common 85O 81S 80S, 15 of them in 65 and about 5 in 64. These two were the stunners in the group. PS I did check while I was there to see if they were consecutively graded.
As I said at the start this one is a Gen 2.2 fairly scarce. Produced from Dec 89' to Jan 90'. @mark_h My photos tend to make the contact worse than it actually is I get your point though. I would have stayed around 65 on this one to.
