Well I am useless at grading but from the pics I do think they are lovely coin's, I would like a closer look at it if that is possible LOL :thumb: Unfortunatly I cant make out the details
Spock, Could you blow up a detail, say around the hair and face. That way we can tell if and how extensive the coin has been cleaned. richie
They look good Spock. But the problems is in two parts. The image has excellent lighting and I don't see obvious scratches or dents on the rim. 1. My grading might be affected by the quality of the imaging and not the coin itself. Without more detail, who knows? Is the coin truly unc? or au or even XF? 2. Without detail, I can't tell if the coin has been cleaned or polished. Afterall, polishing is the art of applying finer and finer scratches until the metal shines. I'd like to be able to see between the letters and I can't. richie
As far as I can see, they are both spotless BUs with slight toning and a couple of bag marks. As Rangnath has mentioned, they could have been polished, but with the toning I would think it is unlikely. Nice coins !
