Trying to fill a binder of every Friedberg number $1 bills from 1963 until present. Anyone else have the same goal?
Congrats on finding the 63-A. There is no way that note has been floating around in active circulation for 60 years. That had to have been in a collection and just recently got spent. And as a bonus, the serial number was a broken ladder which is kinda interesting.
I've been finding a lot of older bills lately that are just entering circulation. I'm motivated to find and save them!
I wonder if some old collections are getting disbursed now. I am also trying to collect one of each Fr of the $1, from circulation. I was starting to get discouraged, I hadn't found an old note in maybe decades. But recently I got a few older notes, and finally added to my collection again!
