With the 1928-B United States Note $2 above I finally finished my collection of all existing series of small US $2 bills. Was waiting years to get this one because it's kind of pricey, but now finally officially finished; have every series of small $2 bills from 1928 to 2021!
From the time I got the first one to the time I got the last one, over 25 years, but not counting the 2021 I got just last week, it's been years since I added any to the set lol. Finding a compromise to get a "decent enough" condition one but not too expensive took me quite a while, and I'll be honest, kind of forgot to try for long periods of time.
The collection of small-size $2 bills now contains: United States notes: 1928 (Mellon/Tate), 1928-A (Mellon/Woods), 1928-B (Mills/Woods), 1928-C (Morgenthau/Julian), 1928-D (Morgenthau/Julian), 1928-E (Vinson/Julian), 1928-F (Snyder/Julian), 1928-G (Snyder/Clark) United States notes (changed dating system): 1953 (Humphrey/Priest), 1953-A (Anderson/Priest), 1953-B (Dillon/Smith), 1953-C (Dillon/Granahan), 1963 (Dillon/Granahan), 1963-A (Fowler/Granahan) Federal Reserve Notes: 1976 (Simon/Neff), 1995 (Rubin/Withrow), 2003 (Snow/Marin), 2003-A (Snow/Cabral), 2009 (Geithner/Rios), 2013 (Lew/Rios), *2017-A (Mnuchin/Carranza), 2021 (Yellen/Malerba) (*Also have a 2017-A star note) So far Series 2021 is the most recent series of $2 bills printed.
