Lol... that is literally impossible without significant assistance. The quarter cannot fit into the chamber for a cent. I hate these hand-crafted so-called "errors".

 

I like these assisted type coins, but I wish they were not called errors. It was not an error because it was deliberately made. I think they are neat novelties otherwise.

 

The mint should seize the coin like they did with 1933 gold coins.

What is going on tot the left of Lincoln's shoulder? Why is there a straight edge? Why are there incuse letters? Can anyone tell me?

 

If you look carefully that's the image of the original New Hampshire Quarter. The Cent image was minted over it. But the quarter was turned a bit sideways.

Minting errors cost the bucks, my thought is some of them are stolen occasionally and this one employee made a good profit off his thieving, until he got busted.

Yes, they should sentence them all. It wouldn't take too much time to see who was on the mint floor when xxx coin was being made/struck. It really bothers me that a dealer or auction head would sell these illegal products without being caught and then jailed.
