    VG-8 as the hair is worn smooth under the hair band. It is a nice early date and even worn as is it would bring several hundred.

    I'd call it a nice F12 CircCam with the perfect original look. F15 wouldn't shock me, but I'll be conservative and say F12 as the technical grade. But certainly it should fetch F15 money for being such a solid, eye-appealing example.
