VG8, or maybe VG10, as @dwhiz indicated. I'm not sure if that little pit in left field would've been enough to warrant a "details" grade or not. I know that a lot of early US stuff like this gets some leniency for such things, particularly in the lower grades.
I am at a VG8 tops, yes the hair has more detail than an 8 should, but the reverse is quite worn and weak. Looks like a 2 leaves to me.
I think the TPGs are fairly liberal with the really early stuff so I'm going to go out on a limb and say f12.
VG 10. The eagle looks way worn, but I think it is from a poor strike. If it were all wear, I would think the lettering would be less clear. PCGS might even have given it a F 12 based on its the detail on the obverse. But I'm no expert.
I am in the F12 camp - mainly because my VG08 does not show as much detail as yours. I think your coin has more detail to warrant at least F-12. Nice coin.
