I've found over 100 in the last 10 months. I count the 1942 regular composition as a war nickel, but, it is still over 100 silver. I built each of my more than 20 great grandchildren 20th Century type sets that included silver. I always concentrated on 1943 since it is my birth year. So, I say a bunch.
More and more folks are cashing in their change in my area and the banks are not having to order as much change. That's probably good for those that are searching rolls but not for those looking to find the new coin designs that came out this year. I have only found one of the new quarter so far.
