A little bit of a Peterbilt look in their collection. I guess? https://www.usmint.gov/morgan-and-peace-dollar-2026-diamond-field-two-coin-set-26XS.html Rick L.
Exactly. Yep, it's interesting, and I don't hate the look. But would I buy one? Not in a hundred years.
Imagine one of those coins entering into circulation year from now and some newbie asking, “What kind of Mint Error is this?“ .. it's nice but I wouldn't get it.
I don’t hate them but it’s way over priced for a novelty feature. Are these uncirculated or proof, and do the diamond fields mean no PL examples in uncirc? Gone is the cartwheel effect of the silver dollar era. Seems like these wouldn’t strike real well with all those little inhibitions to metal flow around the devices. To be seen I guess. Rick L.
