Have had this one for several years now. Curious to know what the green cac sticker might add to its value.
According to some recent articles, the CAC sticker does add a premium. I wouldn't hesitate a guess as to what that premium may be though.
Well from what I've heard, the Seated Dollar market has heated up the past few years and especially CAC'ed XF-AU ones. I would say it's worth $2000 on the lower end, possibly closer to $3000, but that's not a market I'm well acquainted with. Well seems like they run 1200 to 1500 - but the last CAC coins at heritage brought around 1800. So that 10 to 20 percent might be accurate. And being as that is a really nice coin I can see bidding up on it. Just my humble opinion.
Are CAC coins selling for more because they have a CAC sticker, or do they have a CAC sticker because they are premium for the grade and would sell for more anyways? I think people are skewing the CAC thing the wrong way.
Not bad. If you added 10% to the expected value you may still be low. That green sticker draws peoples attention.
