That picture of that obverse is stunning. I'd like to see a couple other angles and lighting before I offered a grade, but that appears to be a very attractive coin.
Not many of these tone in such a nice way. Many that do can be traced back to the type of holder they have been stored in over the years.
I bought an Ike collection over 20 years ago that had both high grade examples and errors. A fair number of the high grade Ikes were housed in hard plastic holders with red inserts. All of them possessed similar toning to what yours exhibits. I sold off about 80% of that collection, keeping the rest for myself. Whenever I see one like this, I wonder if it came from the coins I sold off. I'm not saying it did, but it sure looks like it. I think I've probably still got 4 or 5 toned coins from that lot squirreled away somewhere . . . hmm. There's just never enough time.
