    No. Prooflike is determined by the depth of reflectivity of the fields. Sometimes they have cameo, sometimes they don't - but it is not required. Most prooflikes don't have any contrast.

    1903 is a less common date to find proof-like, and they never have cameo contrast. For this reason it's hard to take a picture of a white one and have it not seem cleaned. It just doesn't look right.

    @Mr. Numismatist I like you was looking for a slight contrast, The PL definitely crossed my mind, I easily just passed it off and went Slight Circ 58.
    By the way nice coin Mr Weasuluv.
    Hopefully you can get some good pics of it.
