2 SBA $1’s with extra hair at top back neck.

I wanted to know if the extra hair on the back of the head is a die chip or something else, like a clash? Thank you.

You actually reminded me to check mine- I have about 5 of them I was just going to deposit in the bank but now I'll check if they have anything noticeable on them.
