I saw him I saw him there too! Very crowded and not so easy to understand but quite the experience none the less
Sue and I saw the Dalai Lama in NYC. It was surreal as there were 1000's of people dressed in traditional Tibetan attire crowding the sidewalk around Radio City Music Hall. The center of Tibetan culture in NYC is in Jackson Heights Queens. It was a singular experience and a memory I cherish. I have white silk scarf that received his blessing, though not at this event. I told Sue to make sure I am buried with it.
