Molon, how many of those were printed ? Low SN's are increasingly valuable on older notes and special notes (SC, Hawaii, GC).
$1.00...... Nah, it only has 3 digits and the "1" appears 5 times but it's nothing special. Maybe someone would value it at $2-$4 or so, excluding the cost of a holder.
Serial Numbers < 10: Gonna try and save up or free up some $$$ to possibly get a note with a SN of #00000009 or less. Price SKYROCKETS when you go from low 2-digits (like teens or twenties) to single-digits. Then....the price for #1 or #2 just seem to go up exponentially. Seems like the price of the Single Digit Club is 3x or 4x most double-digit SN's....then another 2x or 3x to get to #3-#6....then another 3x or 4x to get #2 or #1. That's for a bill with some other attribute worth collecting, not just "any bill with the low or ultra-low SN." Not sure I can combine a low-SN or ultra-low SN with a GC or SC....maybe other bill attributes like LGS.
