MS63. The details are too sharp for an AU grade in my opinion. Its kinda hard to tell if it has scratches because of the toning. The steps look like it might have abrasions or maybe I'm seeing things.

 

I'm thinking MS-64.

 

The Nickel along with 3 others that I bought all came from a completed album. The steps aren't there, as it is a mid to late die stage.

 

I really don't like the toning (I never like toning), and it makes it hard to see details, but I'd say MS-64, maybe 65.

 

MS-64 minted a die that was getting tired.

 

Extremely nice coin. I don't have experience grading anything but Morgans, so mum from me.
