I actually organized my coins this afternoon. Hades must have frozen over….. And boy did I find duplicates. So I’ll be putting some coins in the buy/sell section….. Here’s my dilemma. I have an incredibly packed schedule this week and I know without a shadow of a doubt that I won’t be able to get to the post office this week, and the thought of making someone wait for me to send them what I owe them does not agree with me at all. So should I wait till next weekend to photograph and post my duplicates in the buy/sell section and hope I don’t forget between now and then?
I would just post them and mention that they won't ship before next weekend. I think that is reasonable.
I'd go ahead and post them when you have time. But just state the caveat re: shipping will not occur until the following week. EDIT: @Chris B and I must have hit "POST" within seconds of one another!
Well thanks fellow. All for nothing though. I suddenly have become the family emergency plumber…. And hope I can find toilet parts somewhere at 7pm Sunday!
Lowe's Hardware often closes at 8 on Sunday, hope you can make it! If not, might need to try your luck at Walmart...
Just tell buyers to mail you checks. By the time they arrive, gets deposited and clear your account, you'll surely find the time to prepare the coins for shipment .
Do what you can when you can. If you horse any problems just add them to your posting if the coins you list. Have you considered a trade of your duplicate coins for a coin you want or need. Now forget about your duplicates so you can be a plumber. It isn’t going to make a difference if you did it now or next week. Best wishes my friend.
I have no problem buying and waiting if I know ahead of time. It's an issue when it isn't disclosed before hand.
